The Road Ahead
![]() After month 1, all CoreKick members are written a personal programme for month 2. They can now attend monthly Results Days and have continual access to advice and support from your fitness team at all times on the gym floor whilst they are 'floor walking'. They may also be programmed in to other Centre activities such as studio classes, jogging clubs, badminton nights or even swimming lessons. The key is finding the one activity that they love which will keep them attending your Centre at least once a week - forever! This is the job of the fitness instructor who will discuss and plan their route forwards at the end of appointment number 5. Next: Client Feedback |
