Our gym retention software is designed to support the CoreKick programme, a tried and tested retention programme used with approximately 30,000 members in 11 leisure facilities with great success in the UK. It is a comprehensive solution providing an easy to use drag and drop calendar, flexible programme management and sophisticated key performance indicator reporting.

Recently we have developed an additional module to support the needs of prospect management to help the end to end process from interested member of the public through membership to keen regular facility user.

Our application is built using the world's leading relational database, ORACLE. This lets us make use of modern leading edge technology to provide a very reliable and powerful system. In addition to this our 4th generation language (4GL) development environment provides us with tools to meet the challenges of a dynamic and ever changing business environment. Your staff can access the system without preventing access by others because we fully support multi-user access. The system can also be networked over local and wide area connections so it can support many sites on the one database.
